Welcome to Nourish and Nurture. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site.

  1. Services: We provide health and diet-related consultations. All services are subject to the availability of our staff.

  2. User Responsibilities: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking consultations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

  3. Payment: Payments are made in INR. By providing your payment information, you agree to pay all charges incurred.

  4. Cancellation Policy: Users can cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice. In cases of unforeseen circumstances, appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time.

  5. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.

  6. Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghaziabad jurisdiction.

Refund & Cancellations

​​We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience with us. If you need to request a refund, please review our policy below.

Self Canceled Appointments

  • This is applicable when the patient himself/herself decides to cancel an appointment.

  • Refunds can be requested under the following conditions:

    • - **Within 8 Hours of Booking:**
        - **Normal Refund**: 
          - Processed within 5-7 business days.
          - Subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
        - **Quick Refund**: 
          - Processed within 24 hours.
          - Subject to a 5% cancellation fee.

    • - **Within 8-24 Hours of Booking:**
        - A flat 20% cancellation fee will be applied to the total amount.

    • - **After 24 Hours:**
        - No refunds will be entertained.

  • Auto Canceled Appointments

    • This is applicable, If the dietician cancels the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.

    • Patient will be notified at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment.

    • A full refund will be provided, or you can choose to reschedule at no additional cost.
       

  • ​Claim Refund

    • To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@nourishandnurture.fit with your booking details. Ensure that you specify which refund option you prefer (Normal or Quick).

    • In some cases, additional information may be required to process your refund. This may include:

      • Any relevant correspondence related to your booking

      • Our team will inform you if any further details are necessary.​
         

  • Refund Process Timelines

    • - **Normal Refund**: 5-7 business days for processing after approval.
      - **Quick Refund**: 24 hours for processing after approval.
      ​

  • Cancellation Charges

    • Cancellation fees will be deducted from the total amount of your refund as outlined above.
