About the Founder
Tanu Singhal is an experienced dietician with a strong background in the hospital and healthcare industry, specializing in clinical and therapeutic nutrition. She holds a postgraduate degree from Delhi University and is passionate about guiding individuals to achieve their best selves through a holistic diet and lifestyle approach. Tanu has practiced full-time at St. Stephen's Hospital (Hospital under Delhi Govt.) and worked with leading private corporations like Abbott and Dr. Reddy's, bringing a wealth of experience to her consultations.
